We were very pleased with everything. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The horses were wonderful. It was such a great experience.

This is a wonderful place! We arrived with 3 adults one who had never rode, and 2 children ages 5 and 8 and even as the 8 year old tried to back out from fear the owner and the young guide reassured her , she ended up having a wonderful time as we all did. They are just the best!
Love this park. There are lots of Rangers on duty which makes you feel safe. Beautiful views. We took the Woodland trail kids 4 and 6. It was very manageable for them. There are lots of trails to choose from which is nice depending on your age and ability.
Our experience was entirely disappointing. We called ahead of time from inside the park to see when the last ride of the day was. We called at 4:50 and were told the last ride went out at 5:15. We had plenty of time to get there before then. We arrived at about 5:06. We were then told by the girl that I spoke to that the last group was already gone--before 5:15. Our 7 year old was looking forward to riding with her aunt that she rarely gets to visit with. The girl told me that they did not know if we were coming. I said I had just spoken to her--her reply: "Yeah. At 4:50." Ugh--that was not that long ago lady, and you told me that we had until 5:15. Oh but she said that the other horses had already been put up. So they obviously put the horses up right after we spoke and never considered actually letting us ride. So my girl cried right. Assertively, I told the unprofessional representative of this stable with a lack of business integrity that Inwas disappointed at this and that I would be writing this review, and what does the--I am pretty sure--adolescent with no since of customer service--say? "Well that's alright. You have a good night"--to send me on my way because she could care less. I am pretty sure that if a retail store closes at 9, and a customer comes in at 8:51, you let them in. You don't close out the register before 9. Needless to say--I hope if you are considering this place that you have a more pleasurable experience. We will never attempt to come back here. That was a shaming representation for a beautiful state park and the state of TN, as well as the reputation of being an American if you as me. I take pride in hospitality, integrity, and the unique leisure opportunities our county can provide for its people and visitors. This place unfortunately did not match up with what other aspects of Fall Creek Falls Park had to offer us, and it all comes down to the types of people running the stables. What a shame.
