We didn't have a lot of time to explore, it was Thanksgiving day and we were eating at the state parks Buffet. Many people Rave about the buffet, I thought it was okay. It wasn't expensive, so it was worth it. However the surrounding beauty is what gets 5 stars. The walk all the way down to the bottom of the waterfalls can be quite challenging depending on your condition. The trail starts off relatively flat and easy, but quickly turns into a mostly Stone and rock base. The tricky part is that it is not Flat Rock but rocks at all angles making it essential to get solid footing and pay attention where you place your next step. It was definitely worth the trip to the bottom, but it might not be for everyone.

The 2.5 hour drive and incredibly would Dy road are all made worth it once you get to hiking and climbing. The waterfalls are beautiful, the water is crisp and clean. The trails are easy to follow and going a bit off trail can be worth the views.

My favorite place in the world. I think it is supposed to have the tallest waterfall in the south. The national park has a golf range, lodging and many other facilities. When I visited in the summer, it was hot, but temperatures got cooler as you descend down to the water fall. Although mid-summer, the water was freezing cold, make sure to bring a hat and sit under the waterfall. It is a nice massage experience.

We had a spectacular weekend! Let some nice people. We stayed at The Inn at Fall Creek Falls, it was basic accommodations, a little behind on technology and no microwave or mini fridge in room. Other than that it was nice and very clean. We were there to see a show at Bluegrass Underground. That was awesome and the venue was a cave! Truly amazing! The state park has a beautiful lake and gorgeous waterfalls!

I love this park and the views are amazing. This gem is hidden in the Middle, Tennesee area. It offers camping, hiking, swimming, horseback riding, cycling, boating and one of my favorites the zip line. They also have a hotel with a buffet inside that has some really great food and a gift shop all located right next to a large lake that offers fishing, flat bottom boat and paddle boat rentals. They also have fishermen cabins located right on the water. A great place for the family
