We had such a great time at this park. I was a little frustrated at one point because our guide left, and I had my daughter at the junior park alone- she was scared, and the girl that was supposed to be helping just left us there because she wanted to eat. She also talked to me about other guests which I found a little unprofessional.
we called up here and was told that we didn't have to make a reservation so after a two hour drive up here we were told that we couldn't go zip lining because we had no reservation so now we have a two hour drive home. four hour drive for nothing! ughhhh
The grounds were kept up nicely, and the equipment in good condition. The elements and platforms were all in great shape too!
There was a guy there named Ethan, and he was amazing. He came and helped us, and was very competent as well. The adult course was challenging but also very fun. Ethan also did our demo, and he was very thorough- which I found immensely helpful!!
We drove two hours we were told we didn’t need reservations to do the zip line and they were booked and wouldn’t let us on the zip line. Very frustrated.
Our group, ranging from 41 years old to 12 years old, had a blast! We were expecting a series of pleasant, scenic, zipline rides. What we GOT was a zipline obstacle course that required climbing and balance, but was all kinds of fun. Still a great time, and we look forward to going again.
Very unhappy with the customer service we received. Rained out on a Tuesday and was told we could come back on Saturday with no reservation needed. Drive a 4 hour round trip to be told they have been booked for days. Three Very unhappy children and 2 extreamly frustrated adults!!! Not even an apology or attemp to correct this issue!!
